NoteMed

Look at your patient,
not the screen.

NoteMed listens to the consultation and writes the draft clinical documentation for you, already organized in your sections. At the end you review, edit, and approve it.

How it works

No patient data needed to start: begin recording and run the consultation as usual.

1

Record

A desk microphone captures the conversation. NoteMed tells your voice apart from the patient's.

2

Dictate your conclusions

After the visit, dictate or type your assessment and plan. For post-operative checks, dictation alone is enough.

3

Review the draft

Within seconds the draft is ready, in the sections of your template. Every statement links back to where it was said.

4

Approve and export

Copy sections into your practice software, save to Word, or print a copy for the patient.

You always decide

NoteMed does not diagnose or suggest treatments: it organizes what you and the patient said. A note becomes final only when you approve it.

Built for your work

Ready-made templates for the most common situations, or your own Word template: the note comes out with your sections and your layout.

Outpatient visits

General and specialist practice, with templates for cardiology and orthopaedics.

Occupational medicine

The health and risk record, section by section. The fitness-for-work judgement contains only the occupational physician's words.

Psychology

A structured note for psychological sessions: topics discussed, observations, goals.

Post-operative checks

No conversation to record: dictate the report and NoteMed organizes it.

Your patients' data stay protected

NoteMed is designed around professional secrecy and the GDPR from the start.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to use NoteMed?

A Windows 11 computer, an internet connection, and a desk microphone. NoteMed installs in a few minutes.

Does NoteMed diagnose or suggest treatments?

No. NoteMed reports and organizes what was said during the consultation. Assessments, diagnoses, and decisions are the doctor's alone, and the doctor approves every note.

Must the patient be informed?

Yes. We provide a template patient notice, and NoteMed asks you to confirm the patient was informed before recording. If the patient objects, the visit takes place without NoteMed.

How do I get the note into my practice software?

One click copies the whole note or one section at a time, ready to paste. You can also save it to Word with your template or print it.

What if the transcription gets a word wrong?

NoteMed flags uncertain words and drugs or values that do not match what was said, and proposes corrections for drug names. Nothing is changed without your confirmation.
